This research paper discusses the integration of Arabic culture in the Arabic language programs and curricula, through its cultural levels and boundaries, and developing the principles of cultural combination in the processes of learning Arabic, based on linguistic, educational and social aspects.

the paper also attempts to provide a proposal to control the quality of cultural criteria in Arabic language instruction, which is an important contribution towards reaching the standard of Arabic language education, and thus controlling the processes of learning Arabic culture, in order to preserve cultural outcomes from cultural hegemony and globalization.
