Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the causes of early divorce in Palestine from the point of view of married university students.

the study was conducted on a sample of (160) students of married Palestinian universities who were randomly selected.

a questionnaire was distributed according to a number of variables (gender, age, educational level, duration of marriage).

based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is the issuance of laws prohibiting marriage only after the completion of a course in family counseling, and activate the role of the department of guidance and reform in the Islamic courts better.
