Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of agile leadership in its dimensions (flexibility, continuous improvement, creative thinking, and foreseeing the future) in crisis management in Palestinian universities in the southern governorates.

and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting primary data, as (312) questionnaires were distributed to heads of academic departments, administrators, and administrators in palestinian universities, and (305) questionnaires were retrieved, with a response rate of (97.75%).

the study reached several results, the most important of which are : the level of agile leadership in the Palestinian universities in the southern governorates came to a large degree with a relative weight of (68.04%).

the level of crisis management in the Palestinian universities in the southern governorates came to a large degree with a relative weight of (68.91%).

agile leadership in universities came with a large degree and a relative weight (68.04%), while crisis management came with a large degree and a relative weight (68.091%).

the results showed that there were no differences in the axes of agile leadership and crisis management due to personal variables.

the study recommended that the university prepare training programs on the creative leadership method, and provide opportunities for academic leaders in universities to obtain fellowships with international academic leaders, and the need to adopt an annual report on the availability of leadership requirements.
