Abstract EN

The aim of the study was to highlight the role of Libyan women in parliamentary and political work, the study used the analytical descriptive approach.

a questionnaire was developed consisting of four dimensions (community support, the role of political parties and civil society organizations, women's education level, and the role of the state), and it was distributed to a random sample of 410 Libyan Women Leaders in the three regions (Tripoli, Barga, and Fezzan).

the study concluded a set of results, the most important of which is that there is a statistically significant relationship between the role of Libyan women and parliamentary and political work, which reached (4.11) with a high degree of estimation.

the study indicated the existence of a statistically significant impact between the participation of women and political and parliamentary work, with an impact degree (92.7%).
