Abstract EN

Research aims to find out the extent of the impact of effective communication between the teachers and the learners on the effectiveness of active learning strategies.

The current study uses the descriptive correlative approach to verify the hypothesis, where the exploratory sample that aims to verify the efficiency of the psychometric study tools was collected through application on a random sample of (70) teachers of the Ministry of Education in the State of Kuwait.

The sample of the basic study consists of (700) male and female teachers who were chosen randomly from workers in the schools of the Ministry of Education in the State of Kuwait, where the scale of effective communication skills for young people was applied on both samples, prepared by Lamia Abdel Hamid Muhammad Fadel (2019) and the degree of practice scale.

The role of the teacher in active learning, prepared by researchers Jawdat Ahmed and Fatima Jamal (2017).

It was verified by the researcher on the validity and reliability of the two scales.

To verify the hypothesis, the researcher calculated the value of the correlation coefficient between the teachers' scores on the effective communication skills scale and the teacher's role in active learning scale, and it was found that there is a strong direct, statistically significant correlation between the teachers' total score on the effective communication skills scale and the teachers' total score on the teacher's role scale.

In active learning, the value of t = 0.900** which is a statistical function at the 0.01 level.
