Parliamentary questioning has become an effective tool in the hands of Parliament in general and in the hands of the parliamentary opposition in particular, if it is well handled and exploited, considering that the Constitution confers rights to the parliamentary opposition to perform its duties in parallel with the majority deputies, where it has rights to participate actively in parliamentary work and to monitor the work of the Government; However, it could lose its effectiveness and legal value as a result of the lawmaker's conditions on how it is exercised and applied, especially with a parliamentary majority supporting the Government, thus weakening parliamentary opposition in the fullest performance of its duties.
