تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية التفاعلات بين الحقل الاستراتيجي والدبلوماسي على المستويين الميداني والتنظيري والمعرفي، حيث أدى التراكم الممارسات والأدبيات إلى تبلور نواة جامعة بين الفعل الاستراتيجي والعمل الدبلوماسي.
وقد أصبحت بعض المفردات والمتغيرات مثل الشراكة الإقليمية والاعتماد الأمني المتبادل، والأمن الممدد والإدراك الاستراتيجي والتغطية الاستراتيجية خارج الحدود، بمثابة تجسير ما بين الفعل الاستراتيجي والعمل الدبلوماسي، وتعميق الصلة بين الأهداف الاستراتيجية والأدوات الدبلوماسية والتفاوضية، بما في ذلك الدبلوماسية الأمنية والدفاعية.

The paper explores the connection between strategic and diplomatic fields at practical and theoretical levels, which resulted in a core formation between strategic behavior and diplomatic activity.
certain terms and variables such as regional partnership and security interdependence became a bridge between these two fields.
these terms deepen the connection between strategic objectives of security units through negotiation means, including security and defense diplomacy.
