This research paper attempts to highlight the importance of the Algerian strategic geographical depth as one of the most important constituent elements of the comprehensive national force, through a set of different geographical and natural data, which include the area, borders and geometric shape of a country.

these elements that form the Algerian strategic geographical depth have always been considered one of the most important determinants of national security.

Algeria, through the strategic, economic and political capabilities and privileges it provides, that the decision-maker can make better use of when drawing up general policies for security and defense as well as designing the comprehensive strategy for the state at the same time, these constituent elements of the Algerian strategic geographical depth produce a set of security, economic, political and social burdens that the decision-maker must also take into account and reduce their results as much as possible by balancing them with gains and privileges.
