Abstract EN

We used the experimental method in this study, which aims at explaining the impact of cognitive behaviorist therapy to manage the internet addiction in a sample of twenty fourm'sila university students.

we applied a measure before and after therapy: the internet addiction scale for Bouchra Ismaeil Ahmed (2007).

we relied on two groups the first is experimental (12 students) and the second is referenced (12 students).

the therapy includes four constituents: relaxation, cognitive strategy, communication skills, and problem solving strategy.

however, the therapy reducing the internet addiction in experimental group.
