Abstract EN

The lease credit contract is a mechanism for achieving in-kind financing for small and medium enterprises, through which the enterprise can obtain the movable or real estate capital assets it needs either at the beginning of incorporation or when replacing or refurbishing equipment without depleting the financial resources it has in the event of the purchase of these assets.

this study aims to highlight the lease agreement as an effective financing alternative to solving and addressing the problem of financing small and medium enterprises in Algeria.
