نهدف من خلال بحثنا هذا معرفة الأثر الذي يلعبه التدريب الذهني ومساهمة هذه التدريب في تعلم المهارات الحركية الأساسية لدى لاعبي الفريق المدرسي لكرة الطائرة فئة (أشبال)، وشملت الدراسة على عينة من 12 لاعب، واعتمدنا في البحث على المنهج التجريبي، ومما توصلنا إليه أن التدريب الذهني المصاحب للتعليم المهاري ذو تأثير فعال في تعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية بالكرة الطائرة.

We aim through this research to know the impact of mental training and the contribution of this training to learning basic motor skills for the players of the school team for volleyball category (cubs), and the study included a sample of 12 players and we relied in the research on the experimental method, and from what we found that the mental training accompanying the skill education has an effective effect basic skills
