this study aims to explore the experiences and views of teachers on the quality of school life in the primary school, through a case study as a research design of the qualitative approach for two cases (02) chosen intentionally in the state of Chlef, and data were collected using the qualitative research interview, and the method of qualitative content analysis as an analysis tool for qualitative data.

the results of the study reached a dynamic four-dimensional model of the quality of school life that is linked to each other in different ways depending on the contextual factors: current meanings and values of past experiences and future perspectives), the locus of control in school life, educational alliances and relationship with others, and content education as a purposeful lifestyle.
