Abstract EN

This study aimed to clarify the concept of qeyas and the extent to which it is considered independent evidence, with an indication of its identification with real seriousness, and a statement of its validity, using the inductive, analytical and deductive method, to identify the objectives of the thesis.

the main axes of the study were the following investigations : 1.

the definition of qeyas.

2.

qeyas authenticity.

the study concluded a set of results, the most important of which are : 1- knowing the evidence of analogy is one of the most important conditions for the mujtahid.

2- qeyas is independent evidence, such as the Quran, the Sunnah, and consensus.

3- the possibility of determining the qeyas with a real limit.

4- qeyas is a legitimate argument that god worships us rationally and legally.
