تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على العلاقة بين الذكاء العاطفي واستراتيجيات المواجهة لدى طلاب الأولى جامعي عن طريق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، على عينة من 214 طالبا وطالبة من السنة الأولى جامعي بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة جيلالي اليابس بسيدي بلعباس.
وتم تطبيق مقياسين جاهزين وأسفرت النتائج أن للعينة ذكاء عاطفي مرتفع، ويستخدمون استراتيجيات المواجهة على التتريب التالي: الانفعال، حل المشكل التجنب كما أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين الذكاء العاطفي واستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى عينة الدراسة، وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج تم اقتراح للطلبة وللإدارة وأستاذة الجامعة الاهتمام بالتدريب على استخدام الذكاء العاطفي في إدارة الصراعات والمواقف الضاغطة التي تعترضهم في حياتهم الجامعية.
Abstract EN
The study aims to identify the relationship between emotional intelligence and coping strategies first-year university student have, with descriptive analytical approach, on a sample of 214 male and female from first-year university students in faculty of social sciences at university Sidi bel Abbes.
high emotional, and they use coping strategies in the following order: emotion, problem solving, avoidance, and there is a correlation between emotional intelligence and coping in the study sample.
in managing the conflicts and stressful situations that confront them in their university life.
