Abstract EN

This study aims to measure the impact of the private industrial sector on economic growth in Algeria during the period 2000-2019, and to achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive approach was relied upon to diagnose and analyze the variables under study, and economic measurement tools were used to explain and analyze this relationship and try to model it using the autoregressive model of distributed time deceleration (ARDL) in the short and long term.

the study found a positive impact of the added value of the private industrial sector on economic growth in the short and long term, but this impact remains very weak, requiring the development of sustainable development plans according to a strategic vision that allows it to increase production, especially the non-oil sector and related manufacturing industries, as it has a major role in increasing the flexibility of the Algerian productive apparatus in order to raise its ability to face crises and economic shocks, and increase its contribution to GDP and diversify its exports.
