Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the impact of the quality of entrepreneurial accompaniment services on the learning and growth of small and medium enterprises, emerging within the framework of the (ANAD) agency in the state of Ain Defla, a questionnaire was distributed to 37 owners of SME enterprises, the data was processed by using the SPSS program, and after analyzing the results, we concluded that there is a weak effect of the quality of entrepreneurial accompaniment services of the agency on learning and growth of small and medium enterprises.

the study also recommended the agency: the need to adopt a comprehensive approach to quality within it.

enhanced control and establish more effective communication systems with small and medium enterprises.
