Starting from the premise that the entrepreneur is a socially embedded individual, the study of the importance of networking for the entrepreneur is interesting.
the purpose of this article, is to present the role of the relational network of the entrepreneur in the entrepreneurial process in general, and that of the woman entrepreneur in particular, in order to do it, we based on a literature review that puts the woman entrepreneur at the heart of the subject, since she is the main actor of the study, while evoking the importance of networking for the entrepreneur and its particularity for the woman case.
this allowed us to confirm that the relational network is so essential for the accomplishement of the entrepreneurial process, but with disparities in the characteristics of this network and the way of its use in both sexes.

En partant du postulat que l’entrepreneur est un individu socialement encastré, l’étude de l’importance du réseautage pour l’entrepreneur s’avère intéressante.
le but de cet article est de présenter le rôle du réseau relationnel de l’entrepreneur dans le processus entrepreneurial en général et celui de la femme entrepreneure en particulier.
pour s’y faire on s’est basé sur une revue de littérature qui met la femme entrepreneure au coeur du sujet vu que c’est l’acteur principal de l’étude tout en évoquant l’importance du réseautage pour l’entrepreneur et sa particularité chez la femme, ce qui nous a permis de confirmer que le réseau relationnel est indispensable pour l’accomplissement du processus entrepreneurial, mais avec des disparités dans les caractéristiques de ce réseau et la manière de son utilisation chez les deux sexes.
