يعتبر مفهوم الاستبعاد الاجتماعي (الإقصاء الاجتماعي) من المفاهيم التي يتم تناولها بالدراسة والتحليل من قبل العديد من المختصين في الاقتصاد الاجتماع القانون السياسة وغيرها من التخصصات التي تستعى لتبيان أبعاده المختلفة وانطلاقا من كون الشق الاقتصادي بعدا أساسيا في توضيح وفهم الاستبعاد الاجتماعي فإننا ارتأينا أن نتناوله بالدراسة والتحليل بغية تقديم رؤية عن مكنوناته ومحاولين إسقاطها على الحالة الجزائرية وتوضيح المجهودات التي تبذل في سبيل التخفيف من حدته مع التأكيد بأن هذا البعد يقترن بأبعاد أخرى اجتماعية وثقافية وقانونية لا يمكن إغفالها حتى يتم التمكن من استيعاب مختلف مظاهره.
Abstract EN
Several experts in the fields of economics, sociology, law, politics, and other fields have studied and examined the notion of social exclusion in an effort to better understand its various manifestations.
in order to present its content and attempt to project it onto the Algerian case, as well as to clarify the steps made to lessen its intensity, it will be studied and analyzed in this piece.
affirming that this dimension is connected to other social, cultural, and legal dimensions that cannot be overlooked since its many facets cannot be taken into account.
