Investment is the most important factor in the development, as the pursuit of a more favorable economic climate has remained among the most important requirements in this area, which has led to the rectification of shortcomings and access to an integrated legal system, keeping pace with the situation of the Algerian economy, where law No 22-18 regarding investment, the most important principles that facilitate investment, while filling the shortcomings and gaps that the previous laws came up with, as this law is considered to comply in its general form with the principles of international and domestic investment, and provides a suitable investment environment, but its application requires accompanying regulatory decrees explaining its various articles, the new investment law reflects the good intention to promote this sensitive sector, which gives added value to the national economy in light of the stability of the legal, legislative and regulatory framework for investments.
