Abstract EN

The study aimed to highlight the contribution of knowledge sharing by faculty members at Tahri Mohammed university to the development of the human capital of the local community.

the study used (SPSS) and structural equation modeling (SEM) using the partial least squares (PLS) to analyze the responses of a sample of the 142 faculty members of Tahri Mohammed university from the faculty of economics, commercial sciences, and management sciences and the faculty of humanities and social sciences.

the study found several findings, most notably a strong and positive correlation between knowledge sharing and the development of the community's human capital, valued at 0.79, and that the educational, research, and knowledge roles of the faculty are at the core of its responsibility to serve the community.
