تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على معظم الإشكالات التمويلية للمؤسسات الناشئة والابتكارية في الجزائر، والتطرق إلى معظم الإجراءات القانونية والتنظيمية التي استحدثها الجزائر من اجل تطوير آليات وأدوات وصيغ تمويلية جديدة، حيث عملت على خلق ديناميكية نشطة في تسريع وتطوير الإطار التنظيمي والوظيفي للشركات الناشئة وصناديق التمويل برأس المال المخاطر، ووضع أهداف استراتيجية لدعمها وتمويلها عن طريق مساهمة صناديق وشركات راس المال المخاطر في رأسمالها الاجتماعي، لتمكينها من الانطلاق والتطور والنمو لزيادة الثروة داخل الاقتصاد الوطني، على الرغم من كل النقائص المتعددة التي تحتاج إلى المعالجة السريعة لتداركها.
Abstract EN
The study aims to shed light on most of the financing problems of emerging and innovative enterprises in Algeria, and to address most of the legal and regulatory procedures introduced by Algeria in order to develop new financing mechanisms, tools and formulas.
it worked to create an active dynamic in accelerating and developing the regulatory and functional framework for startups and financing funds in Ras.
risk money, and setting strategic goals to support and finance it through the contribution of venture capital funds and companies to its social capital, to enable it to launch, develop and grow to increase wealth within the national economy, despite all the multiple deficiencies that need to be addressed quickly to rectify them.
