Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the extent to which cognitive skills contribute to empowering employees of the faculty of economics, commercial sciences and management sciences at Zayan Ashour university in Djelfa, through a field study using a questionnaire that was distributed to a random sample (64 professors), and after analysis using appropriate statistical methods, the study concluded that a group of the most important results: - there is an average level of cognitive skills in the college under study; - there is a high level of empowerment of the employees of the college under study; - it was found through the results of simple linear regression that there is a statistically significant effect of cognitive skills on the empowerment of employees of the college under study.
