Abstract EN

This study aims to search for opportunities and possibilities to benefit from Islamic financing mechanisms in support of development programs in Algeria, in light of the economic recovery plan 2020-2020, by clarifying the reality of the legal and regulatory environment for Islamic finance in Algeria, in addition to identifying the axes of the economic recovery program, then study the ways of Islamic financing of the scheme.

the study concluded that it is possible to rely on Islamic finance in the embodiment of various development programs in this scheme, through financing mechanisms for small and medium enterprises, as well as infrastructure projects, in addition to development programs in shadow areas, and Islamic finance within this scheme can contribute in the evolution of the financial system in Algeria.
