إنه وبموجب القانون رقم 22-09 والمتضمن القانون التجاري، وضمن المادة 544 من هذا القانون، فقد أضاف المشرع الجزائري شكلا جديدا من أشكال الشركات تمثل في شركة المساهمة البسيطة، وهذا لإعطاء دفع جديد للمؤسسات الناشئة، تشجيعا لأصحاب الابتكارات وتماشيا مع الإصلاحات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تعرفها الجزائر.

According to law No.
22-09, which includes the commercial law, and within article 544 of this law, the Algerian legislator has added a new form of companies represented in simple joint stock company, and this is to give a new impetus to the startup, to encourage innovators and in line with economic and social reforms you know Algeria.
