Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to recognize the extent of effectiveness of legal texts that regulate public promotional housing (LPP) formulas for comfortable class which was updated to extend the range of applying the Algerian housing policy in line with the social situation of different communities.

this project created a set of legal terms which take care of technical specifications required for the achievement of this kind of housing going hand in hand with international housing standards, wither it is related to the beneficiary, the apartment, or the architectural environment of the neighborhood.
