Abstract EN

In order to establish the idea of a specialized judiciary, in addition to the developments that the country has known about the aggravation of a number of judicial follow-ups in complex economic and financial crimes, the legislator issued ordinance 20-04 dated august 30, 2020, containing the code of criminal procedure, amending law 04-14 of November 10, 2004, a national criminal pole has been established at the court of the headquarters of the Algerian judicial council, specialized in combating the most complex economic and financial crime, but the method of its establishment raises many questions and problems.
