يركز هذا البحث على دراسة أوضاع القضاء (القضاء المدني و العشائري في البادية الشمالية الشرقية الأردنية) خلال الفترة من (1921-1981)، أي منذ تشكيل إمارة الشرق العربي، و يعود سبب اختيار الموضوع إلى وجود نقص في المعلومات عن هذا الجانب في تلك المنطقة، بالإضافة إلى معرفة القضايا التي كانت تحصل و كيفية معالجتها و قضاة العشائر، و كذلك جلسات لجنة الإشراف على البدو التي تم تشكيلها عام 1929م، و التي وقع على عاتقها حل الكثير من القضايا الشائكة في المنطقة.
Abstract EN
This research focuses on the study of the situation of the judiciary (civil and tribal judiciary in the Northeastern Jordanian Badia) during the period (1921-1981), since the formation of the Emirate of the Arab East.
this subject has been chosen due to the lack of information on this aspect in that region, in addition to defining the issues that were happening and how to deal with them by the tribal judges.
the study also shed the light on the sessions of the supervisory committee of Bedouins which is formed in 1929, this supervisory committee has the responsibility of resolving many thorny issues in the region.
