هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع أطفال دوي الاحتياجات الخاصة (أطفال الصم)، خاصة مع التطورات الحاصلة في جميع نواحي الحياة، فأصبح من الضروري في الوقت الراهن إعطاء اهتمام والأولوية لهذه الفئة وذلك من خلال تطوير أساليب ومناهج التربية الخاصة المقدمة لهم في إطار يضمن لهم مواكبة التطورات الاجتماعية الراهنة وما تعرفه التكنولوجيا في هذا المجال.
ومن هذا المنطلق سوف نحاول الإجابة على سؤال محوري وهو: -كيف تؤثر التحولات الاجتماعية على أطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة؟ وما هي الرهانات التي تتبناها التربية الخاصة في هذا المجال؟

This study aimed to know the reality of children with special needs (deaf children), especially with the developments taking place in all aspects of life.
they keep abreast of current social developments and what technology knows in this field.
with this in mind, we will try to answer a central question, which is: - how do social transformations affect children with special needs? what are the stakes adopted by special education in this field?
