This article discusses the study of technology transfer contracts for developing countries as an alliance form within the framework of industrial clusters.

where we shed light on the implications of the conclusion of these contracts, specifically the obligations of the parties to the contract, and all this in an attempt to answer a problem centered around the content of these contracts in terms of being an actual and real transfer of technology to these countries or merely a transfer of material means and enabling them to use and exploit them in best.

in order to answer this problem, we relied on each of the two descriptive approaches, being the most appropriate in such studies, as well as the analytical approach.

because we analyzed the obligations of each of the parties, in which we came out with some results.
