The environment in general is of paramount importance in human life represented by the individual, the state, the region and the international community, because of its direct impact on the life and development of individuals and countries, and on the wild environment in particular because of its association with natural pastures, which has decreased significantly due to the desert encroachment, and the desert encroachment represents the biggest environmental challenges in modern times, which the pace of growth in many countries has left vast tracts of land without.

therefore, man resorted to inventing means to combat desertification and reduce it from ancient times, and his effort has continued to this day, but he has not met with the required success and has not been able to make a visible and tangible impact by reducing the phenomenon of desertification or land reclamation, which requires more efforts through international, regional and bilateral agreements because it is difficult to fight desertification from a country alone in isolation from its neighbors.
