The study aims to define the role of women in scientific research and what distinguishes them in this field.

the results of the study showed that the presence of women is considered modest and weak in this high stage of science, despite their superiority over men in the lower stages of education, but we find that they do not reach higher stages in science and scientific research despite their patience, perseverance and vigilance.

we also explained through our research the great importance of women's participation in scientific research, which is considered as a basic engine in local and comprehensive sustainable development.

finally, we analyzed the reasons for the low importance of women in the field of scientific research compared to men.
