إن التحول الديمقراطي كان ولا يزال مطلبا حاسما تحرك من خلاله الدول والشعوب، فمن خلال الديمقراطية تنمو الأنظمة السياسية وتزدهر ومن أجل الديمقراطية تثور الشعوب وتتمرد وبالتالي تسقط الأنظمة السياسية.
وتهدف دراستنا إلى التركيز على أهم العوامل والأسباب الداخلية وكذا الخارجية للانتقال الديمقراطي، والتي شكلت مفارقة تصنف من خلالها الدول والشعوب.
Abstract EN
Democratic transformation has been for a long time a crucial requirement that states and peoples move through.
democracy is a preliminary that political systems grow and flourish, and for the sake of democracy peoples revolt and seek to change corrupt political systems.
our study aims to focus on the most important factors and internal and external causes of democratic transition, which formed a paradox that countries and peoples are classified.
