The current research aimed to prepare a program based on Google apps to develop the skills of designing and producing animation for kindergarten teachers and its impact on their motivation towards E-learning, and the experimental method was used with a semi-experimental design based on the two groups, and the research sample consisted of (70) kindergarten teachers in Assiut governorate and they were divided into two groups (experimental and control), and the researcher prepared the following research materials: a list of skills for designing and producing animation that are required for kindergarten teachers, and a program based on Google apps, a list of assessment criteria animation, the following measurement tools were also prepared: the achievement test to measure the cognitive aspects of the skills of designing and producing animation, the skill assessment card for the skills of designing and producing animation, the evaluation card for the animation films produced using the anime studio program, and the measure of motivation towards E-learning for kindergarten teachers, and the results of the research resulted in the effectiveness of a program based on Google apps to develop the skills of designing and producing animation, the results of the research were also indicated the presence of an impact of the program on kindergarten teachers' motivation towards E-learning.
