Abstract EN

The current research aims at presenting a suggested proposal for developing digital administrative performance of employees at the college of education for early childhood, Minia university.

the descriptive research approach was followed due to its relevance to the nature of the topic and its objectives.

a questionnaire-prepared by the research-addressed to a sample of administrative units' employees was utilized to diagnose the reality and obstacles to digital administrative performance.

the results revealed a set of results, the most significant of which were the following: the dimension of (the human element of employee and supervisor of the digital administrative performance) was below the average with the percentage of (55.42%) for the whole dimension.

results also demonstrated that the dimension of (infrastructure supporting digital administrative performance) was below the average with a percentage of (52.78%) for the whole dimension.

the results also indicated that the dimension of (university support for digital administrative performance) was achieved below the average, as the dimension percentage as a whole was (50.25%).

the percentage of the sample points of view on the items of the second axis (obstacles to developing digital administrative performance) ranged between (66.67%-81.48%), and the percentage of the axis as a whole was (74.71%), indicating its presence in a moderate degree.

the research ended with presenting a suggested proposal for developing the digital administrative performance.
