The research aimed to study the fractures of children and their causes and evidence, and to determine the clothing specifications that should be available in the clothes of children with fractures in early childhood (3-5) years, and the middle childhood stage (6-8) years, it also aims to provide design treatments that meet these clothing needs and that achieve the functional aspect that helps children wear clothes in the presence of fasteners and rely on themselves to put on and take off their clothes, as well as achieving the aesthetic aspect commensurate with the age of the child in terms of colors and materials, in order to achieve the objectives of the research, the analytical descriptive approach was used.

the two samples of the research consisted of (15) specialists in the field of clothing and textiles, and (35) female consumers, meaning mothers of children in the early and middle childhood stages with fractures, to measure the degree of their acceptance of the proposed designs, and there were (22) designs, the tools included two questionnaires to measure the degree of acceptance of the two research samples for the proposed designs for clothes for children with fractures, the results resulted in finding the problems that children face during the fracture fixation period and avoiding them when designing clothes for them.

it was reached to the specifications that must be available in the clothes of children with upper and lower fractures in the early and middle childhood stages, and developing design treatments for clothes for children with fractures that meet functional and aesthetic needs, and these were clarified when making the proposed designs, and (4) designs were implemented, which achieved the highest results by the two research samples.
