Legislation is a natural product of the movement of societies, regardless of their status and capabilities.

These legislations grow as their inter-relationships become more complex, and as they progress in the course of their social, economic and political life, the legislation becomes more mature and developed in the absence of central authorities.

This is what the research tries to address as a model of Libyan national history.
