Abstract EN

This study aimed to measure the impact of chameleon leadership behaviors in achieving entrepreneurial performance through the mediating role of strategic vigilance.

the study was applied to a sample of 315 managers works at factories in the tenth of Ramadan region.

the structural equations model (confirmative factor analysis) was applied to ensure the validity of the indicators used in measuring the variables, as well as to analyze the direct and indirect relationships between the research variables.

the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the presence of a direct positive significant effect of chameleon leadership behaviors on achieving entrepreneurial performance, and the presence of a direct positive significant effect of chameleon leadership behaviors on strategic vigilance, and the results also demonstrated the existence of a direct significant impact of strategic vigilance on entrepreneurial performance, in addition to there is an indirect positive significant effect of the chameleon leadership behavior in achieving the entrepreneurial performance through the mediating role of strategic vigilance, and the most chameleon leadership behavior has a significant positive impact on the entrepreneurial performance with the presence of strategic vigilance as a mediating variable which is: relative change in beliefs and then the external locus of control.
