The study aimed to reveal the relationship of the five major factors of personality prevalent among psychiatrists to their psychological burnout.

The study sample consisted of (34) psychologists working in the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the southern governorates of Gaza for the year 2021/22 AD, they were selected by a survey method, and the researcher distributed the questionnaire to Psychologists and retrieved (34) questionnaires, and the researcher used the following measures: (the five major factors of the dominant personality, psychological burnout), and the researcher followed the descriptive approach, and the study concluded: The most “extroverted” personality patterns had a relative weight (85.7%) at a “very high” level, followed by “openness to experience” with a relative weight (83.8%) at a high level, followed by “conscientiousness” with a relative weight (83.2%) with a high level, and followed by “medicalness.” "With a relative weight (80.8%) at a high level, followed by "neuroticism" in the last rank with a relative weight (26.8%) at a very low level, and that the relative weight of psychological burnout (55.5%) at a "medium" level, and that the field "emotional exhaustion" came in rank The first with a relative weight (67.4%), followed by the “lack of personal achievement” with a relative weight (50.9%), followed by the “dullness of feelings” with a relative weight (48.3%), and that the most “extroverted” personality patterns with a relative weight (85.7%) at a “very high” level.

It is followed by “openness to experience” with a relative weight (83.8%) at a high level, followed by “vigilance of conscience” with a relative weight (83.2%) with a high level, followed by “medical” with a relative weight (80.8%) with a high level, and “neuroticism” in the last rank.
