Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to know the role that organizational agility plays in the directorates of the Iraqi ministry of youth and sports from the viewpoint of its employees.

the human field was : among the workers in the directorates of the ministry of youth and sports for the time period from 4/10/2021 to 6/2/2022 in the directorates of the ministry of youth and sports in Iraq.

the researcher identified a research community of all workers in the directorates of the ministry of youth and sports, as the research community reached the directorates the ten (400) workers are distributed as in table (1), and (90%) was taken from the research community.

the ten and a sample for stability amounted to (20), with a rate of (6%), thus remaining (320) of the workers.

the conclusions were that most of the attitudes of workers in the directorates of the Iraqi ministry of youth and sports towards the dimensions (organizational agility) were positive, and the relative importance of the dimensions of the scale differed, according to the arithmetic mean.

and it was arranged where it was arranged (the field of sensing agility - the field of decision making agility - the field of practice agility).

the directorate works to implement and use modern technology properly.
