تناولت في بحثي جزئية إقامة الحدود، و أن الأصل هو إقامة الحد ما لم يمنع منه مانع، و بينت الحالات التي تلغى فيها الشبهة، و لا يتم اعتبارها في إسقاط الحد، و الضوابط التي يتم اعتبار الشبهة فيها مسقطة للحد، ثم ذكر الأمثلة التي تسقط و تلغى الشبهة فيها و لا يتم اعتبارها .
Abstract EN
In my research, I dealt with the part of establishing the limits, clarifying the cases in which suspicion is canceled, and is not considered in dropping the limit, and the controls in which the suspicion is considered to drop the limit, then mention the examples in which the suspicion is canceled and the suspicion is canceled and not considered.
