Abstract EN

The research deals with a research problem entitled (a future vision for the use of the mechanisms of the method of community organization in the development of innovation among the leaders of civil associations), and the research aims to achieve two main goals : 1- Determining the mechanisms of the community organizing method that can be used to develop innovation among the leaders of civil associations.

2- Reaching a future vision for using the mechanisms of the community organizing method in developing innovation among the leaders of civil associations.

This research belongs to the type of library studies and depends on the methodological plurality, as it relied on the inductive and deductive method.

The study tool was as follows : - Desk research of the theoretical framework related to innovation, leadership, NGOs, and the mechanisms of community organization in these associations.

- Reviewing and analyzing the content of previous studies related to the subject of the study in order to reach the future vision of using the mechanisms of the community organizing method in developing innovation among the leaders of NGOs.

The results of the study were as follows : First : With regard to the mechanisms of the proposed community organization method that can be used to develop innovation among the leaders of civil associations, it was possible through the results of the analysis of research and studies to reach a set of mechanisms that were represented in (the networking mechanism - the coordination mechanism the cooperation mechanism the communication mechanism - the empowerment mechanism - the mechanism of Exchange - Capacity Building Mechanism).

Second : With regard to the future vision of using the mechanisms of the community organizing method in developing innovation among the leaders of civil associations, it was formulated and reviewed by clarifying the considerations that must be taken into account when implementing the vision, the philosophy on which it is based, the foundations on which its objectives are based, its components and finally the participants in its application.
