Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر تطبيقات الإنترنت كمتغير وسيط بين الإدارة عن بعد وجودة أداء الموظفين في ظل أزمة كورونا لبعض مؤسسات التعليم العالي، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وبناء أداة الاستبانة.

وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من الموظفين الإداريين في الجامعات الثلاثة (الجامعة الإسلامية -جامعة الأقصى-جامعة الأزهر)، وقد تم توزيع (269) استبانة وتم استرداد (264) منها أي بنسبة (98.1%)، وقد تمت المعالجات الإحصائية باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية 25.

SPSS v وكذلك برنامج 21.

AMOS v للحصول على نتائج الدراسة.

وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أن هناك أثر لتطبيقات الإنترنت كمتغير وسيط بين الإدارة عن بعد وجودة أداء الموظفين في ظل أزمة كورون، وكشفت النتائج أيضا اهتمام وتبني الجامعات الأسلوب الإدارة عن بعد بدرجة كبيرة وبوزن نسبي 73.7%، وتبنيها لاستخدام تطبيقات الإنترنت بدرجة كبيرة أيضا وبوزن نسبي 77.6%، وكذلك مستوى جودة أداء الموظفين في الجامعات في ظل أزمة كورونا كان بدرجة كبيرة وبوزن نسبي 75.9%.

وكذلك توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات المبحوثين حول المحاور الثلاثة تعزى لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي، وكذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول محور (جودة أداء الموظفين) تعزى لباقي المتغيرات الديمغرافية، بينما توجد فروق معنوية حول محوري (الإدارة عن بعد، تطبيقات الإنترنت) تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي الصالح الذكور، اسم الجامعة لصالح الجامعة الإسلامية المؤهل العلمي لصالح الدكتوراه، سنوات الخدمة لصالح 15 سنة فأكثر.

وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من التوصيات تركزت حول تعزيز دور تطبيقات الإنترنت واستخدامها في الجامعات من أجل الارتقاء بجودة الأداء، ومن أهمها الاهتمام بتطوير وتحديث مواقع الجامعات بحيث تتناسب مع نظام الإدارة عن بعد، وكذلك وضع خطة لاستخدام تطبيقات الإنترنت بغرض الإدارة وتعميمها على كل دوائرها بحيث يصبح العمل عليها بشكل رسمي ومدروس.

English Abstract

The study aim to discover the impact of internet applications as a mediator variable between online management and the employee performance quality in the light of the Corona crisis for some higher education institutions.

To achieve those goals, the study use an analytical descriptive approach and construct a questionnaire tool.

The sample of the study consist of the administrative staff from the three universities (Islamic University - Al Aqsa University - Al-Azhar University).

A number of (269) questionnaires were distributed and (264) of them were retrieved by the rate of (98.1%).

The statistical treatments were done by using the SPSS -v.25 statistical packages program as well as the AMOS v.21 program to obtain the results of the study.

The results of the study reveal that there is an impact of internet applications as a mediator variable between online management and the employee performance quality in the light of the Corona crisis.

The results also uncover that the universities pay attention the online management method to a high extent with an approximate weight of 73.7%, and it adopt the use of Internet applications to a high degree with an approximate weight of 77.6%, as well as the level of the employees performance quality in the universities in the light of the Corona crisis is high and with an approximate weight of 75.9%.

The study also found that there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the respondents on the three axes due to the job title variable, as well as there are no statistically significant differences on the axis (employee performance quality) due to the rest of the demographic variables, while there are a significant differences around the axes (online management, Internet applications) due to the gender variable in favor of males, the name of the university in favor of the Islamic University, academic qualification in favor of a doctorate, years of service in favor of 15 years or more.

The study conclude with several recommendations which focus on enhancing the role of Internet applications and their use in universities in order to improve the quality of the performance, and the most important of recommendations are paying attention to developing and updating universities' websites to suit the online management system, as well as setting up a plan for using the Internet applications for the purpose of administration and circulating them to all its departments so that the work on it become in a formal and deliberate way.
