Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى أي مدى يستطيع اقتصاد الإلهام تمكين ذوي الإعاقة اقتصاديا من خلال برامج التأهيل، وقد أجريت الدراسة التطبيقية على مركز إرادة في الجامعة الإسلامية ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بإعداد استبانة لجمع البيانات اللازمة من مصدرها، وقد اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لإجراء الدراسة، واستخدم الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية للوصول نتائج الدراسة، من خلال عينة عشوائية تبلغ (110) استبانة تم توزيعها على الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة المتدربين داخل المركز.
ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهما: -يعد اقتصاد الإلهام بأبعاده المتمثلة في (ريادة الأعمال-الابتكار-المجازفة-البحث عن الفرص) من الآليات الملهمة التي تعمل على اكتشاف القدرات والطاقات الكامنة للأشخاص من ذوي الإعاقة من أجل التغيير في المجتمع وترك الأثر.
-يعمل مركز إرادة للتأهيل المهني على توفير البيئة المناسبة لتدريب الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وتزويدهم بالمهارات والمعارف اللازمة لبدء مشروعه الخاص لتوفير حياة كريمة.
-لا توجد علاقة بين أبعاد اقتصاد الإلهام (ريادة الأعمال-الابتكار-المخاطرة-البحث عن الفرص) والتمكين الاقتصادي عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05)، وذلك لعدم تبني الجهات المعنية والتغطية الكاملة لها، والوضع الاقتصادي الصعب الذي يعيشه سكان قطاع غزة بمختلف فئاته الاجتماعية.
وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة، تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: -دعم مفهوم اقتصاد الإلهام والعمل على إبرازه كمفهوم يخدم الفئات المهمشة في المجتمع لتحقيق التمكين الاقتصادي لهم.
-دعم وتطوير مراكز التأهيل والتدريب المهني للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، لأنها مصدر رئيسي الإلهام الفئات المهمشة اقتصاديا.
-اعتبار مصطلحات: ريادة الأعمال والابتكار والمجازفة ركائز أساسية لاقتصاد الإلهام تساعد الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة على تحقيق التمكين الاقتصادي.
-إنشاء هيئة رسمية معنية بتشغيل الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.
-زيادة الوعي المجتمعي بأوضاع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.
-تطوير برامج مراكز التأهيل والتدريب بما يتناسب مع فرص سوق العمل المحلي.
English Abstract
The study aimed to identify the extent to which the inspiration economy can empower people with disabilities economically through rehabilitation programs.
The applied study was conducted on the Irada Center at the Islamic University.
To achieve the study’s objectives, the researcher prepared a questionnaire to collect the necessary data from its source.
The questionnaire was used as a main tool to access the results of the study, through a random sample of (110) questionnaires distributed to persons with disabilities trained inside the center.
The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: - The inspiration economy with its dimensions (entrepreneurship - innovation - risk taking - searching for opportunities) is one of the inspiring mechanisms that work to discover the potential and potential energies of people with disabilities in order to change the community and leave an impact.
- Irada Center for Vocational Rehabilitation works to provide the appropriate environment for training persons with disabilities and providing them with the skills and knowledge necessary to start their own project to provide a decent life.
- There is no relationship between the dimensions of the economy of inspiration (entrepreneurship, innovation, risk taking, searching for opportunities) and economic empowerment at the significance level (0.05), due to the lack of full coverage and inclusion from the concerned authorities, and the difficult economic situation experienced by the people of the Gaza Strip in various social groups.
Study recommendations: - Supporting the concept of the inspiration economy and working to highlight it as a concept that serves marginalized groups in society to achieve economic empowerment for them.
- Supporting and developing rehabilitation and vocational training centers for persons with disabilities.
- Considering the terms entrepreneurship, innovation and risk taking as cornerstones of the inspiration economy that help people with disabilities achieve economic empowerment .
- Establishing an official body concerned with the employment of persons with disabilities.
- Increasing societal awareness of the conditions of persons with disabilities.
- Develop programs for rehabilitation and training centers in line with the opportunities of the local labor market.
