هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف مستوى اكتساب طلبة بعض مؤسسات التعليم العالي بسلطنة عمان لمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظرهم خلال العام الدراسي 2021- 2022، والكشف عن الفروق الإحصائية حول درجة تقدير عينة الدراسة لمستوى اكتسابهم لتلك المهارات تبعا لمتغيرات: نوع الجامعة، والتخصص العلمي، والتوصل إلى إجراءات مقترحة لتطوير مستوى اكتساب الطلبة لمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين بسلطنة عمان في ظل هذه الجائحة.

وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة من طلبة جميع مؤسسات التعليم العالي بسلطنة عمان؛ وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (101) طالبا وطالبة بالطريقة الميسرة وفقا لاستجابتهم على الاستمارة الالكترونية المعدة باستخدام (Google Forms)، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال تطوير استبانة مكونة من أربع مجالات وهي (التفكير والابتكار، الاتصال والتواصل، الثقافة التكنولوجية والمعلوماتية، والشراكة والتعاون ) تضمنت (40) عبارة لجمع البيانات من أفراد عينة الدراسة وتحليلها باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS).

وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة من الطلبة لمستوى اكتسابهم لمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين في مؤسسات التعليم العالي بسلطنة عمان من وجهة نظرهم جاءت بمستوى كبير.

ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة تعزي لمستوى اكتساب طلبة مؤسسات التعليم العالي بسلطنة عمان لمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين وفقا لمتغير التخصص العلمي (علوم تطبيقية، وعلوم إنسانية) ونوع الجامعة سواء أكانت حكومية أو خاصة.

English Abstract

The current study aimed to know the level of acquisition of twenty-first century skills by students of higher education institutions in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the Corona pandemic from their point of view during the academic year 2021-2022.

And the detection of statistical differences about the degree to which the study sample estimated the level of their acquisition of these skills according to the variables: type of university, scientific specialization, and proposed measures to develop the level of students’ acquisition of twenty-first century skills in the Sultanate of Oman in light of this pandemic.

The study population was represented by students of all higher education institutions in the Sultanate of Oman; The study sample consisted of (101) male and female students using the easy method, according to their response to the electronic form prepared using (Google Forms).

Where the descriptive survey method was used by developing a questionnaire consisting of four areas They are (thinking and innovation, communication and information technology, and partnership and cooperation).

It included (40) statements to collect data from the study sample and analyze it using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).

A set of results were reached, the most important of which are: that the estimates of the study sample members of the students for the level of their acquisition of twenty-first century skills in higher education institutions in the Sultanate of Oman, from their point of view, came at a large level.

There are no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the sample members attributed to the level of acquisition by students of higher education institutions in the Sultanate of Oman of twenty-first century skills according to the variable of scientific specialization (applied sciences, humanities) and the type of university, whether governmental or private.
