The sports movement witnessed a rapid and effective development during the past years, and this development appeared as an actual result of many changes that occurred in most games, including volleyball, which enjoyed a large share of these developments, whether in the law of the game or in raising the level of the player's physical and skill abilities and planning, psychological and mental, which was thus reflected in the achievement of great sports achievements at all levels.

what distinguishes volleyball from other sports is that it depends on mental abilities as much as on physical abilities, and since most volleyball skills are consecutive and sequential, and require a high level of accuracy in performance, and this aspect coincides with the recent modifications made to the game, which made its law faster, which requires the player to feel, think, perceive and reconcile his nervous and muscular systems in a more comprehensive way.
