The research aims to 1- Getting to know the level of time management among the members of the Directorate of Sports Activity at Salah al-Din University / Erbil Y- Identifying the differences in time management among the members of the Directorate of Sports Activity according to some variables (age, service and educational certificate ( The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method and interrelationships, for its relevance to the nature of the research problem.

the research community consists of sports trainers in the Directorate of Sports Activity at the University of Salah al-Din / Erbil, who number (20) individuals, and the community was chosen in a deliberate way.

while the research sample was (1) teachers were chosen in the same way, and the researcher adopted the scale (Uday Ghanem Al-Kawaz, Y--A), which consists of (TT paragraphs) and in front of each paragraph five alternatives to answer, to extract the statistical results of the research, the researcher resorted to the spss program and the researcher concluded a positive level appeared when comparing the arithmetic mean with the hypothetical average because the arithmetic mean is greater than the hypothetical average, and this indicates that time management is at a high level for the games coaches in the Directorate of Sports Activity at Salah al-Din University / Erbil, and there are no statistically significant differences between sports coaches in Directorate of Sports Activity at Salah al-Din University / Erbil, aged Yo-£ years, and game coaches at ages 0-11 years in the variable of time management.

the researcher recommended the development and organization of time management for sports coaches in the Directorate of Sports Activity at Salah al-Din University / Erbil, and the application of the current study tool to coaches of team and individual games in sports clubs in the governorate center of Erbil.
