The phenomenon of grammatical responses is one of the manifestations of traditional grammar that grammarians used after the rules of the Arabic language were stabilized, and it belongs more broadly to the grammatical dispute, which arose with the beginning of Arabic grammar, and soon that method developed among Arab grammarians, using different methods of grammatical thinking from Inference and other methods in responding to the opponent's arguments and discussing it, and the reasons for the grammatical response differed, and among these reasons that appeared in Zanjani are the differences of the two schools in grammar, as well as the different nature of the grammatical approach among scholars, the discrepancy in the ability to deduce according to Zanjani, as well as the authority of interpretation among grammarians, To the nature of this study, the researcher used the descriptive-analytical approach, to stand on the response and return it to its owner, then analyze the response.

The researcher notes that Al-Zanjani has many methods of response, and his words, sometimes he employs the opponent's argument in response to him, and sometimes he employs the origins of Arabic grammar to silence the opponent, At other times he uses the method of analysis and dismantling his opinion to respond to it.
