Arabic Abstract

تناول الباحث بالدراسة الرواة الذين أطلق الإمام البزار عليهم لفظ لا بأس به، وقد تم تقسيمهم بحسب خلاصة الحكم عليهم، وأيضا بحسب تعدد أحكام الإمام البزار عليهم، أو اقتران لفظ الحكم على الرواة بلفظ آخر إضافة إلى لفظ لا بأس به، وقد قام الباحث بجمع أقوال النقاد في كل راو، مع المقارنة بين هذه الأقوال، ثم الخروج بخلاصة في بيان مرتبة كل راق من حيث الجرح والتعديل، وتوصل الباحث من الدراسة إلى أن الإمام البزار عنده نوع من التساهل في تعديل الرواة، فأطلق لفظ لا بأس به لعدد كبير منهم وهم ضعفاء متفق على ضعفهم؛ وجاء ذلك في 27 راويا من أصل 91 ولا شك أن الإمام البزار قد بلغ رتبة الاجتهاد والإمامة في علم الحديث رواية ودراية، حيث إنه كان ناقدا حقيقيا، وقل ما ينقل عن غيره من العلماء الآخرين وقد جاءت الدراسة في مقدمة، وثلاثة فصول، وخاتمة.

أما المقدمة فجاء فيها أهمية الموضوع وبواعث اختياره والدراسات السابقة، وأهداف البحث، ومنهج الباحث في الدرارسة ، وخطة الدراسة.

وفي الفصل الأول تناول الباحث ترجمة الإمام البزار والتعريف بمسنده، وبمصطلح "لا بأس به، وألفاظ التعديل والجرح ومراتبها عند الإمام البزار وأما في الفصل الثاني فتمت دراسة الرواة الذين أطلق فيهم الإمام البزار مصطلح " لا بأس به، وتبين بالدراسة أنهم ثقات، أو صدوقون، أو صدوقون لهم علة، أو دون مرتبة الصدوق.

وأما في الفصل الثالث فتمت دراسة ووصفهم كذلك بوصف آخر كليس بالقوي وصفهم بقوله لا بأس به وبأوصاف آخر.

وأما الخاتمة فجاء فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات.

English Abstract

The researcher examined the narrators who the imam al-bazar called “not bad”.

they were divided according to the conclusion of the judgement assigned to them, or according to the multiple judgements of imam al-Bazzar on them, or the conjunction of the verdict on the narrators with another term in addition to the word “not bad”.

the researcher collected the sayings of the critics of each narrator, and compared between these sayings, then came out with a summary explaining the rank of each narrator in terms of invalidation and authentication.

the researcher found that the imam al-Bazzar had a kind of leniency in authenticating the narrators, so he ascribed the word "not bad" for a large number of them, who were weak and there was consensus on their weakness.

this was shown in 27 out of 91 narrators.

it is clear that imam al-Bazzar attained the rank of ijtihad [independent judgement] and the imamate in hadith science in terms of narration and know-how, as he was a true critic, and he was less reported than other scholars.

the study had an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion.

as for the introduction, it addressed the importance of the subject, the reasons for choosing it, previous studies, research objectives, the researcher's approach to the study, and the study plan.

in the first chapter, the researcher dealt with introducing imam al-Bazzar and his book of hadiths, the term "not bad", and imam al-Bazzar’s words for invalidation and authentication and their ranks.

the second chapter studied that the narrators who imam al-Bazzar called the term “not bad”, and it was found that they were trustworthy, honest, honest with some defection, or without the rank of honesty.

as for the third chapter, the narrators who the imam described as "not bad" were studied and were also described with other words such as "not strong", "not a memorizer", or ascribed probability to their hadiths, or described them as "not bad" together with any other descriptions.

the conclusion had the most important findings and recommendations.
