عنوان الدراسة: التعليل بالاختلاط والتدليس دراسة تطبيقية على كتاب العلل لابن أبي حاتم الرازي.
هدف الدراسة: إبراز الروايات المعلة بالاختلاط والتدليس في كتاب العلل لابن أبي حاتم الرازي، من خلال سؤالاته لأبيه وأبي زرعة.
منهج الدراسة: اعتمدت المنهج الاستقرائي والاستنباطي، ثم الانتقائي في جمع المادة العلمية حسب تعليل الإمامين أبو حاتم، وأبو زرعة، ثم التحليلي في عرض أقوال النقاد في الرواة والترجيح بينها لمعرفة خلاصة القول في الرواة، مستعينة بالمنهج الاستنباطي والنقدي في الدراسة.
وتكونت الدراسة من فصل تمهيدي، ثم فصلين في الدراسة التطبيقية، ثم الخاتمة وفهارس متنوعة؛ حيث اشتمل الفصل التمهيدي على ترجمة مختصرة للإمام ابن أبي حاتم الرازي، والتعريف بكتابه علل الحديث، ثم الاختلاط ومتعلقاته، وكذلك التدليس ومتعلقاته.
أما الدراسة التطبيقية الفصل الأول منها فيه تعليل الأحاديث بالاختلاط ويشتمل على ثلاثة عشر مبحثا، والفصل الثاني منها فيه تعليل الأحاديث بالتدليس، ويشتمل على اثني عشر مبحثا، وفيهما ملخص الدراسة لكل فصل، ثم كانت الخاتمة، وضمنتها أهم النتائج، والتوصيات.
English Abstract
Title of the study: Flawing hadith because of mixing and concealing narrators: an applied study on the book of flaws by Ibn Abi Hatim Al-Razi Objective of the study: Highlighting the flawed narratives that are caused by mixing and concealing narrators in the book of Flaws by Ibn Abi Hatim Al-Razi through his questions to his father and Abu Zara’a Research methodology: The study used the inductive, and deductive approach, then the selective one in collecting the material, based on the flawing of the two Imams; Ibn Abi Hatim and Abi Zara'a, then the analytical approach in presenting the opinions of critics in the narrators and weighing among them to identify the conclusion relevant to narrators, and finally using the deductive and critical method in the study.
The study included an introductory chapter, two chapters in the applied study, a conclusion, and various indexes.
The introductory chapter included a brief biography of Imam Ibn Abi Hatim Al-Razi, and an introduction to his book 'Ilal Al Hadith [Hadith Defects], then confusion (of memory) and matters relating to it, and fraudulence and matters relating to it.
As for the applied study; the first chapter included an explanation of hadiths by confusion of memory, and it included thirteen topics, and the second chapter involved an explanation of hadiths by fraudulence, and it included twelve chapters, in both of which is a summary of the study for each chapter, then the researcher provided a conclusion which had the most important results and recommendations.
