تبحث الرسالة في موضوع قرآني بعنوان منهج القرآن الكريم في تطبيق الشريعة دراسة موضوعية وتتكون هذه الدراسة من مقدمة وتمهيد وفصلين، حيث تحدثت الدراسة في التمهيد، حول مفهوم المنهج، والقرآن والتطبيق، والشريعة لغة واصطلاحا.
تناول الفصل الأول، عن حقيقة تطبيق الشريعة، وحكمه ومعوقاته، مع بيان منهج القرآن في ذلك كله، وتحدث الفصل الثاني، عن منهج القرآن في تطبيق الشريعة، وتناول تقويم عقائد الناس وعباداتهم ومعاملاتهم وأخلاقهم، وتربية المجتمع وتأهيليه لقبول الشريعة، مستخدما التدرج والتيسير، ومراعيا تغيرات الواقع، والمقاصد والأولويات، معالجا القضايا الطارئة.
وعرضت الرسالة عن تقييم تجارب معاصرة في تطبيق الشريعة، مع وضع تصور مقترح لتطبيق الشريعة.
ومن أهم النتائج: 1.
بعد البحث المستفيض في كتاب الله تبين أن المنهج القرآني في تطبيق الشريعة يتمثل في النقاط الآتية: ا.
تقويم عقائد الناس وعباداتهم وأخلاقهم ومعاملاتهم إقرارا وإصلاحا وتهذيبا، وذلك بحسن الأخلاق والمعاملات.
ب تربية المجتمع وتعليمه وتهيئته ويتم ذلك عبر عدة نقاط، أولها جودة التعليم وثانيها التربية بالوسائل المناسبة وثالثها تهيئة المجتمع من خلال إقامة الرئيس ذي الشروط الشرعية.
ت.
تحقيق السلم المجتمعي وذلك عبر ركيزة الإيمان وركيزة العدالة الاجتماعية وركيزة الحقوق الاجتماعية.
ومن أهم التوصيات: 1.
العمل بالتصور المقترح وتطويره، والعمل على إنشاء مركز الدراسات الاستراتيجية.
2.
إنشاء مراكز لإعطاء دورات لتصحيح عقائد الناس وتعليمهم العبادة على أصولها الصحيحة، وبناء منظومة الأخلاق كما أرادها الله سبحانه.
3.
تضمين المناهج الدراسية فكرة أن إقامة الشريعة ليس متمثل في العقوبات فقط، وإنما شامل لكل مناحي الحياة، وذلك لتهيئة الجيل القادم والمجتمع بأسره لقبول تطبيق الشريعة الإسلامية.
English Abstract
The thesis deals with a Quranic topic entitled ‘The Holy Quran’s Approach to the Application of Sharia: An Objective Study’.
This study consists of an introduction, a preface, and two chapters.
The preface addressed the concept of the approach, the Holy Quran, application, and Sharia both lexically and conventionally, and it clarified the conventional meaning of the title of the thesis.
In the first chapter, I spoke about the reality of applying Sharia, its ruling and obstacles, as well as explaining the Quranic approach to all of that.
The second chapter dealt with the Quran’s approach in the application of Sharia, and addressed rectifying people’s beliefs, acts of worship, transactions and morals, educating society and preparing it to accept the Sharia, using progression and facilitation, taking into account changes in reality, purposes and priorities, and addressing urgent issues.
The thesis included an evaluation of contemporary experiences in the application of Sharia, along with a suggested proposal for the application of Sharia.
Among the most important results of the thesis are the following: First: Results: After the extensive research about The Holy Qur'an, it clarified that the Qur'anic approach of application of sharia is represented in the following points: A.
Rectifying peoples' beliefs, acts of worship, transactions and morals by ethics and good transactions.
B.
Educating society and preparing it to accept the sharia and this will be true by the following: at first the quality of education, second using an appropriate educational tools, third preparing society during the presence of a legally elected president C.
Achievement the societal peace through the base of faith, social justice and social rights, too Among the most important recommendations are the following: Second: Recommendations: Among the most important recommendations are the following: 1.
To work on and develop the suggested proposal, and to work on establishing a center for strategic studies.
2.
To establish centers for giving courses to reform peoples' beliefs and teaches them how to worship with its holy true origins as well as make the ethic system as Allah has commanded us.
3.
To add in the educational approaches the idea of application sharia has not just for punishments but it has included all ways of life and this is for preparing the coming generations and whole society to accept the application of Islamic sharia
